The drive socket sits on top of the motor and engages the cutting unit on Jug to spin the blade.

**Drive sockets – please check the serial number on the bottom of your blender.

**If your blender serial number starts with 05, ‘you will need Drive Socket V5, this listing is the correct listing.  

**If your blender serial number starts with 01,02,03 or 04, you need ‘Drive Socket V4 (Mushroom Part), which is a different listing.
